How do we work__

Euromax follows a 6 step process in all it's projects...

Land Survey

A topographical survey is done to confirm the onsite plot dimensions. This will also identify and locate water inlet point and Sewage outlet point etc.

Floor Plan

Floor plans with furniture layouts are designed taking into consideration the client’s requirements and enhanced by the architect’s aesthetics sense.

Government Approvals

Once the floor plans are finalised, a sanction drawing is prepared based on relevant governing authority guidelines. Approval process is initiated after all the documentation is collected and validated.

Soil Test

Soil test with the required 2 or 3 bore points is carried out based on the size of the plot and to ascertain load bearing capacity of the soil.

3D/2D Working Drawings

3D external views are conceptualized and finalized. A final set of drawings with working plans, elevations, sections, doors /window details, grill details, electrical and plumbing drawings are drafted and handed over to the client.

Execution Agreement

A final quote is prepared based on the final set drawings and built up area. An “Execution Agreement” is signed with the Client laying out the norms of the contract with complete transparency.
